Loly Sosa is a Harvard-trained lawyer, self-taught coder, and former startup COO. In the past five years, she has worked and trained in AmLaw 100 firms. During that time, she was published by the Yale Journal on Law & Technology regarding the role of automation in legal work and became a leading expert on Title III of the Helms-Burton law.
Loly is dedicated to understanding her clients’ business models and ensuring they receive top-level service. She has worked on commercial litigation, international arbitration, privacy, security, regulatory, and investigative matters in the U.S. and abroad. She has represented global technology companies, construction and engineering companies, consumer products companies, airlines, and cruise lines, as well as foreign state entities.
Loly’s analyses have been published by Law360, Chambers and Partners, and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. She has been a speaker for the American Bar Association and at Harvard Law School.
While attending Harvard Law School, Loly served as an editor of the Harvard Journal on Law & Technology, worked at the Cyberlaw Clinic for the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, and interned for the Hon. J. Paul Oetken at the Southern District of New York. Loly has also been affiliated with the Harvard Innovation Lab and the MIT Media Lab
